      Pros

      Nothing, just stay away from this place they call company.

      Cons

      It's been managed by few people those are near their retirement and were also part of management of company which was busted in 2015-2016 in Hyderabad. So there is extreme politics and manipulation. They took over small group of people from Pune manufacturing company and formed Pune center, managed by Marwadi manipulator and none of them has SAP knowledge but the Marwadi guy influenced CEO who is another stupid sits in US (there is no office in US and every one works remotely).

      Pros

      Echelon's management and the team are genuinely supportive. They proactively organize training sessions for every team that enables employees to grow individually along with the company. Whenever a suggestion or a request is made, the team considers positively, irrespective of the age and experience. Best place for career growth
