      Pros

      There are not only very smart people, but also very good people that treat each other with respect. Working in a fintech company, gives you the opportunity to develop skills in technology and there are great work opportunities globally as Ebury is an international company.

      Cons

      Apparently, you cannot succeed in a so dynamic work environment if you don't have patience and persistence.

      Pros

      Majority of people are great

      Cons

      Allows racism and sexism on a daily basis. Some managers would refer to women as b****, say that Asians eat rats, and use the R-word constantly. I was made fun of because of my race on a daily basis, and heard managers use mocking racist accents all the time.
