my manager is very support although he expect very high standard but he will be willing to teach.. he has alot of experience and i can see all guestsreally like him. i like my colleagues they dont let you die. i really learn alot here to grow. the ceo and the management really care for all the staff. will visit us at the outlet and can remember our name and ask about how we are. not just come for show. can give feedback they will listen.

sometimes standard very high its not easy to meet but i try my best i know for my own good sometimes there are staff that try make use of management kindness i can see that but did not successful
