At first Eaton RESA was a great place to work, but times have changed. I truly cannot give any pros.
Cons
If you are sick be prepared for your boss to send you a nasty message about the hours they work to cover your shift. Be prepared to work when you’re sick. Be prepared for no support from management. Micro manages employees. Trainings are not professional. The pay is not worth the mental drain you get from management. Emails, calls and texts at all hours of the night without getting paid for it. Be prepared to use your own money to buy things and never get reimbursed. High price benefits that are not good. And the Union will not do anything to make things better but want your dues paid.
