Pros
Compensation is on par with industry standards. Low stress and good work life balance. Company is trying to appeal to younger generations by implementing “dress for your day”. If you have a light day with no big meetings you can wear jeans to work. If you are meeting with a supplier, customer, or presenting then business casual. They also implemented “summer hours” allowing employees to leave at 3 on Friday’s.
Cons
Mediocre health insurance. Suspension of 401K match. Executive leadership is not forward thinking. Instead of creating a 5 or 10 year plan for the corporation, leadership chases the numbers quarter to quarter. The lack of vision has caused a suspension of 401K match, and in 2016 a 1 week unpaid leave of absence for employees. However, the company has paid bonuses to leadership in both years. The company pushes unrealistic numbers to Wall Street, then chops benefits to make the profitability look healthy.
