The company can't stay out of its own way at times. As the company grows, constant normalization of processes/tools to corporate standards after productive years using other processes/tools, no support, switchover left to the groups to figure out, hindering group objectives. IT dept is overbearing, processes move slowly, equipment selection is poor. Multi year projects are annually exposed to the whims of higher level managers for funding, risking years of development. Slightly lacking in employee recognition, and seem to reward for odd achievements, not the important ones. Current regime of executive management loves acquisitions, mergers and spinoffs lately so beware of the risks these bring.
