      Nice community overall, a few good things.

      Cons

      Tipping structure is extremely unequal with servers making 93.75% of all tips. Back staff gets next to nothing.

      None! Best job I’ve had and would work there 100% hands down if I still lived in the city. It gets insanely busy but it comes with the territory
