Pros
Employees get a free meal per shift and 50% off on all outside purchases (applies to family as well). Relatively flexible hours and bonuses every few months for staying employed despite COVID-19. Outside of what the restaurant offers, it's a good experience to have on hand.
Cons
There is no professional cleaning team, so the entire restaurant is in the hands of a bunch of teenagers that couldn't care less and a few adults that don't seem to care at all. High turnover, within the 3-4 months I've worked at PDQ, many employees have come and go. I can't say much about the cleanliness of the restaurant, but it definitely is not good, at all (except for the kitchen, so +1). Pay is often relatively low, especially for the amount of work they expect from you. Often there aren't enough employees but plenty of work to do, delegation is kept to a minimum.
