Pros
It's just another workplace to put on the CV.
Cons
First and foremost, the positive reviews are written by those who: 1) Haven't been at ESC long enough to realize how bad it is. They're looking through rose tinted glasses 2) Have been there for so long, they feel stuck there and need to stay on the CEO/COO/CMOs good side 3) Have been written by those who have been threatened to write a good review. This is not acceptable, and anyone with a brain can decipher which reviews are legitimate or not. The CEO is incredibly toxic, and their views have rubbed off on the CMO + COO. The people at the top don't even do their job. They are not qualified to have those types of titles. The people who you learn from are your fellow colleagues in the same boat. These are the people who help you succeed and learn, not the people at the top. These "Officers" are just here to increase their pay-check every month, and it's very clear to see their motives. It's such a shame as this could be a fantastic agency, but the greed gets in the way. People are desperate to get out, and it shows when you talk to being on a one to one basis. If there was a proper HR system in place, this would get caught earlier, and people would feel less inclined to resent their workplace.
