Pros
Most of the employees are really great people and you'll make a lot of friends there. Bagels on Friday are nice, I guess. The show is doing really well and production value is pretty good.
Cons
The environment is very big-brother, watch-dog, "we don't trust our people" and that comes directly from upper management. They try to make you feel bad for asking for a fair salary or decent benefits. They keep you until the last possible second before holiday breaks and say they "can't afford" to let you out any earlier (we're talking 7pm the Wednesday before Thanksgiving -- really?) The location is awful and the lighting and air flow is poor. The general demeanor of the staff is very negative due to small and large slights everyone has suffered from upper management and that just leads to a very tough and negative work environment to continue to show up to everyday. Turnover is high so there is no stability within departments. I wouldn't ever go back. It's just a depressing place to be.
