Management and leadership hold staff to arbitrary/undefined standards and goals, do not provide feedback or coaching and then penalize you for not meeting whatever benchmark they did not communicate you were responsible for. Employees are treated as though they are disposable and the org acts with little to no integrity in how they handle org restructuring.
