      - For the most part you will work with a good, friendly staff. Higher ups are willing to give advice and work with new teachers.

      Cons

      - Not a lot of resources are given to the school. Would be nice to have more technology for the kids to work with.

      I’m literally drawing a blank.

      Cons

      Politics. Everybody knows everybody and if you care about teaching and call out administrators who are committing immoral acts (targeting, bullying, making sure your livelihood and status are threatened, they black list you). Only the staff who are willing to play the game get longevity.
