This one I got to work with a person which I will sensor and got nit picked on my rails and reactjs skill lol. All the "important" so called on technical stuff that was like huh... what? People call this standard? No one do it this way? What's this assumption? What about the most important thing which is to ship the code and get things to the face of the client? I let you lead and you lead this way? Lol what a joke.
Another person took this as the reason to fail my probation lol. The client didn't say a thing. The other clients were saying that they were happy working with me. Double standard lol. The second person said he/she/they (well I won't be exploiting gender for sensorship reason) expected a flawless journey from a senior, I say he/she/they expected rainbow and unicorn lol. I delivered result, client was happy. What's up with this decision lol. And I absolutely have all the details evidence of how happy the client is with me so don't play games here :) you lose from the start.
Fine, not my problem, as long as you pay me for the time I work here according to my pay slip. If you don't, then we've got a problem.
Remember to log out of my personal accounts too guys, don't be the villian. Else I have to take action.
I didn't even have the time to process when you kicked me out, I left my favorite starbuck cup of coffee. Well fine, I don't borther taking it back.
In general, bad experience, a so so company. Whatever.
No utter hate to anyone, I know that's all you've got, it depends on you to improve or not for I don't care. But I mean what I say, I believe the two people is in the wrong and I will never ever take it back. What I say will be set in stone.
