Most Colleagues are friendly, no micromanage, benefits quite ok

Sometimes got urgent job and need work overtime

Generally not a friendly workplace. Management pushed staff to write positive comments. Messy management with double standard on performance requirements. More than 2 reporting superiors just to monitor a junior staff. No true leadership can be seen but more like "police system" to force people to leave the organization. It can be a good place to train one to be a multitasker but definitely not an ideal place for career development.
