Pros

I can’t think of anything aside from how kind and hardworking the people who are hands-on with the products within the warehouse.

Cons

- If you get promoted you go from great at your job to bad at your new job so there is no raise. - The time off is a joke when you make .019231 per hour. It will realistically take you 3-6 months to earn a day off after your 90 day period is over. - Don’t expect a raise or even a review. - Do not expect to get promoted in the dept you were hired in - Senior Management are blatant bullies. - No communication between management and employees - Don’t abide by company values - If you think differently, you will be shunned or pushed out/fired - Create all false promises - If given an unexpected day closed, you do not get paid and either have to work 10 hour days or lose your 8 hours or use your PTO to cover it - Has their team write fake reviews to keep up Glassdoor ratings As a college-educated professional, I would highly recommend evaluating other choices.

Earthley Response

Hi, We're sorry you're dissatisfied with your time at Earthley. However, you have misrepresented things greatly. Our PTO policy is 5 days in your first year and 10 days starting on your 1-year anniversary, with an additional day for every year of service after that. Raises are assessed biannually. Reviews are provided on a quarterly basis. We hold weekly all-team huddles and quarterly all-hands meetings for communication, and we share important news also on Slack. We also offer 5 paid holidays each year. The business has not closed unexpectedly at any point, and would only close in the case of serious inclement weather or major safety threats. All of the reviews on here are genuine and from real employees, past and present. Again, we're sorry you disliked your experience and wish you luck elsewhere.

Cons

It can be difficult being in a start-up type environment with things ever changing, You just have to be on who can roll with the changes!

Pros

Honestly, there weren’t many pros… I did enjoy the all hands meeting, employee appreciation days and bought lunches/treats. However, the bad very much outweighs these perks. For starters, there is very poor communication. I would have to follow up on questions for weeks on end before anyone would ever acknowledge it or attempt to answer it. Slack messages would go unanswered or ignored the majority of the time. There is also a lack of responsibility within management and production employees. No one seems to want to take or acknowledge any type of responsibility within their role. Also seems there is no sense of direction of newly hired employees. Before someone is hired, there should already be a list of job duties and what is expected of that employee, but there is not for some roles. Figure it out as you go type scenario and fend for yourself. Unfortunately, no one seemed to be very happy. Not very many friendly conversations were being had or any sense of team work. I have also personally witnessed unexcused behavior from HR. Bad mouthing employees. Complaining when an employee comes to her office with a concern or issue. One of the worst workplace behaviors I’ve seen from her was scream yelling in her office (door closed) but so loud that everyone in the front of the office heard her and then proceeded to storm out of her office, slam the door, and speed out of the parking lot.

Cons

Lack of communication Very unorganized Lack of responsibility and leadership Pay is less than great with an even worse PTO structure.
