First noisy environment you can hear the managers and others talking all the time while you are working and try to focus the second lack of training there is almost no proper training in the first month which could lead to failure in many areas second the whole work there is unorganized and messy you can barely feel that you are working for a company, more like working in a street restaurant I would say the work in a street restaurant is more organized and well put than the work in this company lack of vision and knowledge and planning I didn't even know the purpose of hiring me and even my boss could barely know my duties and many other people in the company the same bad attitude from managers sometimes even shouting in your face to alert you like we are in the army toxic people gossip and rumors are everywhere there lastly, the workplace is small and tight even the conditions is not suitable and healthy and could see many employees get eye burn and even swelling due to inconsideration of designing the lighting system in the place
