Pros
Very important organization with large, far-reaching impact. Summer staff retreat was a fun experience to get to work on building relationships.
Cons
As an intern there were some elements of my work that felt unappreciated. I sometimes came into the office to find my supervisors were not coming to the office and I had no way of contacting them, nor instructions on what to be working on that day.
