Hmm its a call centre job basically. you join as tech team they put you to calls, you join as marketing they ask you to do calls, you join as growth they ask you to do calls. And it is so messed up. And the employees have no work life balance at this point. Morning 10 am to night 8-9pm?? Literal Slavery. Least they should compensate the working hours. But no. You get paid the meagre wage.
