Pros
The only pro will be when corporate takes over the stores or they sell to a franchise who cares
Cons
This is the cheapest most neglectful franchise I have ever seen in my 30 years in food. Stores that cannot pass food safety audits due to them not fixing broken equipment. Always being told they are looking into quotes. We have stores closed for weeks in summer due to no working HVAC. Stores are closed constantly for them not paying their utilities….then get in trouble for not hitting sales. No vendor will do work for us due to them never getting paid. We can’t even order uniforms. On top of that the owner wants to spend all his time micromanaging the people that actually are in the field working In these conditions making him money. Nothing is good enough for Eduardo. Nothing is up to his standard. No thank you. No incentives. We can’t even bonus due to not seeing p&l’s for over 6 months. People are finally seeing the truth about EYM. They are leaving. People work for people. When the few people who actually care leave—you’ll be left with a bunch of stores with no staff. So add those to all the Burger Kings you screwed over in Michigan
