This is an amazing company to learn the business world.

Rigid decision making not progressive in thinking.

Staff gets along well with each other Upper management is friendly and pleasant to staff regardless of position. Work / life balance is excellent; it's okay to leave at the end of the day, OT rarely required.

There is nowhere to go career-wise; advancement is extremely rare in HQ. Lateral movement is occasionally possible. Training is practically non-existent and exchange of information between other offices and HQ is terrible. People who have been in HQ for years have no understanding of what happens in other locations.
