      Pros

      the company is growing and expanding. I like how they are innovative in upgrading lives. I have a lot of fun at work. I have great coworkers and management.

      Cons

      i want to be able to try new things and start my own projects at work. there is a lot of red tape that i have to go past in order to implement some of these ideas. i used to have 1 friday off per month but they are changing that now.

      Pros

      Love the company culture and values. It’s fun to be apart of an innovative company in the health and fitness industry. 90% of the people I have worked with over the years are great people that really know their stuff.

      Cons

      For the health and fitness industry the benefits and schedules are great for full-time employees but the pay is sometimes a little low. Pay is sometimes based on the account contract and yearly raises are rare, but small increases do occur to help with the increased cost of living.

      Overworked Upper level management expects a lot No bonuses for non sales staff Small teams so bandwidth gets stretched thin
