      Pros

      I started my career with Exor India. The development team was small. I worked for almost 3 years. Till this time in my career the knowledge and experience I have gained is mostly from exor. All are friendly. relax and calm work. crack jokes. All are source of great knowledge.

      Cons

      Hands on from design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. International exposure. Small term onsite.

      Great people working in this office they are nice and kind people plus you get tons of travel.

      A INGO means tight budget and not much pay, and the hours are a lot for anyone
