Pros
It is a great place to work. The human quality is very good. You can see people happy, almost every day. It is very difficult today to find happy people and they like to do their work all the time.
This is a great motivation for many people, beyond that, sometimes, work orders are somewhat confusing.
No complaints or economically confrontations between employees, even though many are under union contract, and other new employees are not.
Cons
As I mentioned in "Pros Section", often some work orders are unclear or the direction of these changes on the fly. Like this does not affect mood or how to work one.
