      Pros

      Technology is good. Sales is very bad in position.

      Cons

      HE is always putting false reviews on glass door to attract employees. Exfo has always high attrition rate to save it's costing. No value for employee who worked more than 5 years. Very Bad management from top to bottom. No work life balance. HR and managers from top level should be removed.

      Pros

      It’s a good company to gain experience and to grow with long term. Room for advancement.

      Cons

      It’s a start up location so it’s not as established in routine. There’s a lot of figuring things out as you go which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. It’s a learning experience for every employee.
