What used to be a great place to work has become a nightmare over the last couple of years, and the situation continues to decline. The organisation is frequently restructured by leadership who seem to have little understanding of how the business actually operates. There is a complete lack of long-term vision; management is disconnected from current market needs, operating as if it were still 2018. Promotions are based strictly on time served rather than skill or merit and talented individuals are overlooked. Management is stubborn and dismissive of employee feedback, choosing instead to pursue outdated strategies. Skills and expertise are not valued, and it feels as though the company is sinking from within.
