Favoritism at it's best. Either you are with your manager or you are against her. She is naive as 2 year old. So manipulative that you will not know whom to trust cuz she will put anyone onto you as a spy. She will stop communicating with you for several months if she is not happy with you. That's the worst kind of leadership I have ever seen. And last but not the least, their HR. Never ever take your issues towards management to him. He will then team up with manager itself and conspire against the person who has complained in this first place. Then you are in some deep trouble. Trust me, he is no good.
