Great working environment and campus. Supportive comradery between fellow interns and management. Truly loved this internship.

Many wonderful colleagues who support one another and will go above and beyond for the organization. Flexible work schedules.

New (ish) leadership that seems to be more focused on personal agendas and large bonuses than the overall health and future of the organization and its employees. There is a definite disconnect between leadership's goals and the needs of the staff and the organization as a whole. An absence of clear direction for the organization or well-articulated plans for how to deal with the changing landscape of assessments and their roles in the higher ed space.
