Flexible hours is a bit of a pro.
Cons
Pay cut. Pay does not keep up with cost of living. We have advanced degrees and pay does not reflect this. They will cancel shifts at the drop of a hat, so a loss of pay/hours there. Inconsistent and contradictory feedback from scoring leaders. Even if you follow the guide perfectly, you well get scolded. No way for advancement as a rater. There's even a possibility to get taken from a shift if you fail calibration.
