Pros

I am interested in ETRMServices because it is a well-established company with strong expertise in Energy Trading and Risk Management. The company's global presence, specialized domain knowledge, and focus on innovative technology solutions make it an excellent place to learn and grow. I am particularly excited about the opportunity to work on international projects and develop both my technical and business skills in different ETRM applications like Aligne and Allegro. The combination of technical innovation, domain knowledge, and continuous learning makes ETRMServices an excellent place for professional growth.

Cons

The domain has a learning curve, but it provides excellent opportunities to gain specialized skills and grow professionally.

Pros

ETRM agnostic, Client portfolio across all major ETRMs. Valuable for career growth if you're building a domain-heavy profile. Great for becoming subject matter expert rather than general IT consultant. Opportunities of hands on work , direct client interactions, knowledge of end to end trade lifecycle. Ownership of deliverables. Less bureaucracy, more doing. Flat structure- closer access to leadership, faster recognition if you perform well. Flexible working including options of remote work, less rigid HR structure.

Cons

Large firm benefits & perks. Project dependency risk- moving between clients can take time. Can affect growth opportunities sometimes. Limited internal Frameworks for new joiners.
