Great work life balance. Good salary. Great vacation time and benefits. A small non profit that was slow to grow. Tight knit family organization though.

I don't have anything bad to say excep I wish they would grow into a larger company. Then they would have room for people to grow.
Individual growth as you are bound to do more than your KRA.
Cons
-Visibility is less as managers hog all the limelight.
-In most cases there is no remuneration/compensation for extra efforts and will be ridiculed if requested for any.
-Overall hike during appraisals are low compared the the work you have done.
-Every year, appraisal is delayed and given in the month of Sept.
