To share a strong story about the company (ED) Surandernath. On the basis of this, this fellowship has been appointed as ED in ETO fleet operations. Without any experience or analytical skills,no self-discussion-making skill set, (Why ? This fellowship, who is seated on ED chair with only by creaming others) in this type of fellowship group. On top of looking at the company, It is not employee-oriented at all ! To say any employee does not understand what work is to be completed. eg; We dont understand HR in this company,does Hr job,telecalling,clerk work,operation,sales or cleaning the floor? Because Hr does not have right skill set to work, because the telecaller recruiter had promoted as HR with zero skill set,which is a failure point in the company's growth.(Hr Name Krishnavenni) To say the spoiler of the entire company.
