      Pros

      You feel like home, like it's your family. Very young team, great team spirit, possibility to get to know a lot of interesting people and to improve your social and linguistic skills.

      Cons

      Salary is very low, you've to be at disposal almost anytime, during weekdays and weekends. Work a lot for little money, you can feel a littlebit exploit sometimes and is hard to make your point.

      Pros

      Get to work along side some really excellent people that know what they are doing Learn new skills while building projects Management is easy to talk to for my department.

      Cons

      Not paid what you should be paid; have to train people when you are not paid to do that job. Have to constantly chase down equipment to finish a job.
