Pros
Due to high turnover rate there are plenty of promotion opportunities.
Cons
Management is appallingly incompetent. Daily operations are hindered by lack of management. Middle and lower management is left shouldering all of the responsibilities. You have to beg for your raise after being promoted-- as proven by my own personal experience and those of my coworkers. I had to ask for the raise I was promised once working in my new position for over a month, three times. Some are "promoted" meaning they are assigned higher responsibilities without being compensated. Harassment concerns were ignored. I filed four complaints over a year that included evidence and seven willing witnesses to attest to said harassment and was given the run around. Company also seemingly engaged in a cover up where a client allegedly was inserting bodily fluids into the public bathroom hand soap. We were given an overwhelming amount of evidence to believe this was the case. Company seemingly covered it up by destroying the evidence.
