      Company has good product in education domain .

      Cons

      No single client is satisfied with this product.Single man management policy.No HR...no company policy for salary..All employees who join they give only stipends.I think manager don't know what is stipend.

      - Top notch research facilities - International environment - Highly reputed institution, makes finding further employment relatively easy - High salaries for a research institution

      Cons

      - Very difficult to get a permanent position in research - Highly demanding: long working hours and lots of responsibilities - Relatively difficult to move between employment ranks - HR can be a pain to deal with
