      Less pressure on teams and thus easy going

      Cons

      No future growth, pay are very less for manufacturing industry and the methodology for the process is very old style. Unnecessary focus on paperwork.

      2 faced manipulative management. Backstabbing. Talks about equality and diversity but is the least diverse company ever. Favouritism. Management and staff sleeping together
