Pros
Remote work, very generous base salary, was able to learn a lot about software. You get to talk to a lot of companies and various C-Levels. Very interesting to hear their stores.
Cons
Lack of clear expectations, unbelievably high turnover, you're a number to management (not a person), and management will let you go in the blink of an eye, no commission/upside/equity on deals that close.
