      Working from home, good management, good potential forward progression

      Cons

      Salary is ok but for a market leader should be better. A lot of mixed messaging from management.

We rigorously benchmark our salaries externally and combined with our generous bonus of up to 20% per annum, employees should be competitively compensated. Please do discuss how you can progress in your role and salary with your line manager and ensure your PDR reflects what you are achieving, as this feeds into our yearly merit increases.

      Pros

      Employee-centric in all business matters, great place to learn the craft of GIS, key supplier of software and services to support customers (and non-customers)respond to Covid 19. Private company so not pandering to external shareholders which is brilliant.

      Cons

      A very flat organisational tree so if you are looking to rise through the ranks there are relatively few opportunities.
