      Pros

      There are some great people here. Some of my best friends are people that I met here. They try to make it an employee friendly environment.

      Cons

      Almost zero potential for salary growth. I worked for for 2 1/2 years here and was one of the top performers but had a salary increase that was lest than my cost of living increase. Promotions to assistant team leader positions come with little salary increase and a greatly increased work load.
