We recognise that constructive feedback and ongoing training play a vital role in professional growth. Therefore, we have continued to incorporate these elements into our Performance Management process and regular check-ins with line managers.
While we strive to provide a strong onboarding experience, we also acknowledge the importance of continued learning and development beyond the initial training period. Various mechanisms are used to support development, such as training courses available on our learning platform, Professional Qualifications and mentoring programmes to ensure employees feel supported throughout their journey with us.
Regarding your concerns about feedback, our goal is to create an environment where feedback is both constructive and encouraging. We appreciate your perspective and will continue exploring ways to improve how we guide and develop our team members.
