Pros

Friendly and talented colleagues who genuinely care about their work and the success of the product. Unfortunately, the company lacks an environment where employees feel comfortable openly expressing their opinions about management decisions. Many choose to remain silent about existing problems and avoid providing honest feedback out of concern for potential negative consequences to their career progression or job security. As a result, a culture of silence develops instead of one based on open and constructive dialogue.

Cons

The company lacks clear ethical standards regarding employee treatment. Employee well-being, burnout prevention, and professional development receive little attention. Several employees have felt pressured to resign voluntarily, while discussions about termination are often handled in a way that creates fear, uncertainty, and unnecessary stress. Feedback and career development discussions are virtually non-existent. Employees are expected to navigate challenges on their own, with limited support from management.

Pros

- Some good coworkers every once and a while

Cons

- Micromanaging C suite is unbearable. - Changing priorities and goals and protocols make it impossible to succeed in managements eyes. - Moving targets make it difficult to balance. - Management lies constantly with trying to make themselves look good and throw people under the bus to save themselves. - Try using internal tools more than external but they are not optimized and make working more difficult than it needs to be. - Commissions are paid whenever management decides they have enough time to process it. - Owner is very rude to the team and rarely has anything good to say. - Teams are spread way too thin and literally have had to have PM's take time off due to overworking - HR is non-existent, pretty much only the COO is the HR. - Not a great place to work by any means...
