So I had basically no manager while working as a contractor for this company, which was fine. When I told ERP my contract was ending in a month, they basically just seemed shocked and never found another contract or project to put me on. Also when seeking any payroll/Human Resources information, you might be treated like your bothering those departments, even if they are the only resources for information.
