Pros

Some great peoplesare, diligent honest clever

Cons

Since 2024, the engineering department has undergone significant changes that have impacted morale and stability. Redundancies have every year and, appeared to be based on role/title rather than performance. At the same time, leadership restructuring has increased costs(like co-ceo) while some employee benefits were reduced. There are also concerns about management style and communication in some teams, people were talking about some unprofessional behaviour from leaders. Some hiring decisions have raised concerns about favouritism rather than merit-based selection. Candidates should be aware of ongoing organisational changes and potential instability.

The new leadership has brought a refreshing vision and a "get it done" attitude that has positively transformed our workplace culture. They are focused on driving the company's growth and truly care about employee input and innovation.

Cons

One challenge we face is managing multiple time zones which can make coordination difficult.
