      Offers training, remote flexibility, decent PTO

      Cons

      Offers training, but do it on your own time. If not working more than 40 hours a week, not performing enough. UB expectations unrealistic for those depending on others to bring in work. Expected to take work calls whenever - before and after work hours and on weekends.
