Cons
Outdated tech stack, no common company objectives or aims with huge amounts of siloed working and different teams, business units and countries working against each other. Absolutely no line management, since partners are too busy selling and yet partners are the only ones who can authorise budgets or make commercial decisions so everything takes months and months to be decided upon and you constantly have to go begging to find a project to work on as there is no capacity planning to speak of. Hopeless self serving and inept HR and payroll teams. Huge staff turnover both voluntary and involuntary through continuous rounds of redundancy. Now majority owned by KKR Private Equity who care nothing for the staff or company and only care about squeezing the last ounces of profit. Obsession with billable time against providing actual value to clients.
