Pros
Flexible work hours. You can work on weekends also. Good project based awards Salary is paid on 20th, that's 10 days in advance, which is very good. Good field work experience for learning.
Cons
Very less increment and incentive bonus for past two years. Work allocation in different offices is far different. One person is doing so much, while other person barely go to sites in other offices. Still the promotion and increment criteria are all dependent on company's overall performance giving equal benefits to individuals, inspite of all the hard working you specifically did. Also, because of all the various projects you do, there are so tough reporting deadlines so you have to work late nights and also during weekends to get the work done. Go on site at 8 in the morning, come back at evening 7 and then work on reports till 11, so no personal time is left sometimes. Also, there is very less appreciation for hardwork from Partners and Managers. Very much vertical work, you cannot work in different fields, as you will be questioned (things are changing now, but middle management still wanted juniors to work in single field).
