Pros
The compensation is semi-competitive once above the entry-level positions. They make a surface level effort to make the office environment a decent place to work. There seems to be a dedication to actual environmental sustainability efforts and there is a definitely a serious emphasis on employee safety.
Cons
If you've seen the move "Office Space" and have always wanted to work at Initech or Intertrode, this is your chance. If you want every fifth word you hear to be billability, this is a great place for you. If you want to be asked to take out a sheet of paper and write down ways to make yourself happier at ERM, this is the place the for you. If diversity is not a big deal to you, this is a great place to work.
