Good in Information Solutions group, otherwise a bit old school. - Anonymous employee ERM Employee Review

The main organization (outside of Information Solutions) is still managed by long-time partners not keen on venturing outside of their comfort zone and show little appetite for new ideas/innovation. Pay is not great, especially for entry-level staff. The company is doing some soul searching and hopefully will pay greater attention to these to become a true consulting firm.
