Worst company I have ever joined - Anonymous employee ERA Real Estate Employee Review

For girls must think twice before joining this company and you must be able to carry 5 KG worth of stuff. Expecting all the female staff to carry heavy boxes of whatever is inside the boxes, tables, chairs within level 1 to level 4, and there is no lift to level 4 storage room, therefore you will need to climb the stairs while carrying the heavy stuff and we feel like working in a gym room. Lack of manager support, management being favouritism and unfair to the staff they dislike. Unclear communication from managers. Unmanageable workload as we need to work until 2am without paying us OT and want us report to work early morning at 6am for their events. Unreasonable time pressure, what I seen employees do not feel that they have enough time to do their work, they are more likely to experience burnout when a manager assigns tight deadlines to them. Managers will only tell you that you can leave if you cannot take the stress. Managers not willing to accept or listen what advise or suggestion that we given to them and force us to follow thier unreasonable way for work, when the things goes wrong they shirk responsibility and find fault with staff. Promoted to be a manager but cannot perform, most of the manager level & above are not qualified and unknowledgeable for the reason that they not even graduated from Uni and got the title only because they have been work in the company for so long and not even have knowledge of leaderships. Company will only care about the Agents and treat employees like a slave for them. I understand this is reality but when a company don't make better to the management what they expect that a company can improve?
