- ERA is managed by salesperson that are not equipped with management skills, CEO will demote or fire anyone that goes against him. - Bully culture from Top Down. C-suite will scold staff and use degrading words to make you feel worthless. CEO or DyCEO would call for meetings with corporate staff to scold them and belittle their worth. - Very high turnover rate in the company - management would ask people to leave if they are not a "yes" man. Sadly, I have seen many capable and professional colleagues leave the organisation in less than a year. - Many inappropriate comments made by the management - that are sexist, racist, sexually inappropriate (especially to ladies), LGBT unfriendly ones, to horrible comments about the staff (like calling them stupid or useless). - Management take pride in plagiarising. Constantly following behind the footsteps of PropNex. Whatever that PropNex does, the ERA management will just COPY and PASTE without making any changes. - The CEO and management seems to be delusional at the fact that ERA is the top agency. ERA is NOT the biggest agency in Singapore as it was previously. Many agents crossover to competitor (PropNex) in large numbers. - CEO is fixated about drawing attention to himself and getting vanity awards that can be bought by money. - HR is busy gossiping about employees that resigned and care little about staff welfare. - Unreasonable working hours and demands from management, just because an AGENT complained. There are thousands of agents but there's only so many corporate staff. In short, ERA Singapore does not value talents at all. Bring your talents to other places where it will be fairly rewarded and appreciated. If you value your mental wellbeing and work life balance, do yourself a favour and NOT join ERA.
