Pros
Good learning exposure in the initial phase, especially for handling responsibilities independently. Supportive colleagues at the peer level, who tried to help despite systemic issues. Opportunity to work on multiple responsibilities, which helped build adaptability.
Cons
No Full & Final settlement even after 82+ days: Despite a clean exit and completing all responsibilities, my F&F settlement has still not been processed. Management approval was cited as the reason, with no resolution provided. Unprofessional conduct by senior leadership: Individuals in higher authority often lack basic professional communication skills. There were instances of being spoken to aggressively and shouted at, even when issues were not caused by me. Chronic salary delays and unjustified deductions: Salaries were delayed almost every month with no fixed payout date. KRA-based deductions were applied without proper explanation, justification, or transparency. Reimbursements ignored despite policy: Official travel expenses, clearly covered under company policy, were either delayed for months or required excessive follow-ups. Employees were often forced to bear costs personally. Excessive work hours and unhealthy culture: Long shifts, weekend work, and extended hours were routinely expected without compensation or consideration, contributing to a highly stressful and poorly managed work environment.
